Language learning that actually works.
Roleplay real-life scenes in Spanish, French, and Italian. Get instant feedback on every response. Track your fluency with a science-backed rating — not streaks.
PRACTICE WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY SAY
Order coffee in Buenos Aires. Check into a hotel in Rome. Make small talk at a dinner party. Every scene is something you'd actually use — not disconnected vocabulary or contrived sentences.
FEEDBACK ON EVERY RESPONSE
After each thing you say, you get specific notes on grammar, word choice, and natural phrasing. The feedback prioritizes what matters at your level: first, can you be understood? Then, does it sound natural? Then, is the grammar tight? That's how real fluency builds.
ADAPTIVE TO YOUR LEVEL
New to the language? Start with structured choices. As you improve, the app weaves in more freeform writing so you're always practicing at the edge of your ability — not grinding through easy drills or hitting a wall.
A RATING THAT MEANS SOMETHING
Dialog Engine uses a research backed fluency rating based on the ELO system — the same math that ranks chess players. It moves based on how you perform relative to the difficulty of what you practice. It has been validated to have a 0.90 correlation with CEFR, the international standard for language proficiency. When your rating goes up, your fluency actually went up.
NO STREAKS. NO OWL GUILT.
No push-notification guilt trips. No fake progress bars. No daily streak anxiety. Practice when you want, for as long as you want. The rating is the feedback — everything else is noise.
LANGUAGES
