Add events and availibility to your calendar, plan ahead with local weather data, or invite a coach to your calendar 2. Analysis - dive into the details of your performance and understand your progress with the help of scientific analysis tools. View summaries, analyze training intensity distribution patterns, and monitor your training load with the innovative MATS Score. 3. Strength & Core - build and save your own strength routine or train with a workout form the extensive MATS Strength & Core library. Increase effectiveness with detailed instructions and workout videos. 4. Remote Diagnostic - Follow the diagnostic protocol, upload your workout file, and conveniently determine your performance parameters from home. Compare progress over time with your result library and share the diagnostic results with your friends. 5. Training Plans - train with a plan from one of our many professional coaches. Plans cover multiple sports and distances, and are tailored to your fitness level and ambitions. Training plans are automatically and conveniently imported into your calendar. 6. Chat - streamline athlete-coach communication with the integrated chat function. Enable push notications to get notified on in-app events. Comment on workouts and events to give feedback to your coach. 7. Knowledge Hub - learn from the extensive MATS library to improve your training and racing.
