When using the Set List on a gig or rehearsal, first go to Settings and set to Gig Mode. This will force the app to open directly to the Set List. Minor other enhancements and accuracy adjustments.

Updated icons. From our exhibit at the International Trombone Festival, we had many requests for new features. Here are two: 1. Slow play-back option for the recordings view. Allows you to rehearse at full speed, then listen to it at 60 percent to really be able to analyze what is going on. 2. Email set lists - now you can send the organized set list with tempos out to anyone on your contacts list. Also, added a pop up warning when you have over 20 recordings. Don't want you to fill up your device space with old recordings...unless you really want to of course. Thank you for your support and suggestions. Looking forward to exhibiting several state in-service conferences this year.

After receiving great input from the ITF, here are the first two changes, with more to come... 1. Move more quickly through tempo changes by touching and "Holding" the Faster and Slower tempo buttons. 2. Changed audio file format to mp3 when sending through email. Drummers, use the Set List feature in Metronome-Plus to be rock solid sure you have the "agreed upon" and rehearsed tempo BEFORE you click off. Teachers, no more wasting valuable rehearsal time setting your metronome tempo. Use the Set List feature in Metronome-Plus to quickly get tempo and give the downbeat. Educators, use with your Smart Board or connect directly to your rehearsal room audio system so the entire ensemble can hear the tempo they SHOULD be playing. Metronome-Plus! It just has more of what you need to improve efficiency in your musical preparation!

BUG FIX With version 7.0, we introduced a timing bug that impacted iPod Touch 4th Gen and iPhone 4. This has now been resolved and users on those devices should see increased accuracy in metronome timings.

We've added the ability to record and playback directly from the app. You can also share your recording via email with teachers, students, friends or yourself for playback on another device. Tweaked the user interface to make it clean and sharp. Improved launch time by threading many of the start up processes. Ever listening to the requests of our users, we were the first Metronome on the App Store to provide accurate Tuning Drones, and now we are the first metronome on the App Store to provide LIVE SOUND DRUM LOOPS! 1. Addition of three Drum Loops to the pattern selections. 2. Addition of sixteenth-dotted-eighth to the pattern selections. 3. Changed the pattern selection widget to a slider (similar to the pitch selector) in order to be able to add more patterns in future releases. 4. Various user interface enhancements.
