Steadfasting is the fasting timer that stays out of your way.
No signup. No tutorials. No upsells blocking your timer. Just a clean, reliable fasting tracker built for people who want to fast — not fiddle with an app.
LIVE ACTIVITY & DYNAMIC ISLAND — FREE
Most fasting apps lock their best feature behind a paywall. Steadfasting gives you real-time fasting progress on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island at no cost. Start a fast and put your phone down. Your progress is always visible without opening the app.
THREE FASTING MODES
- Schedule Mode — Pick a fasting window (16:8, 18:6, 20:4, or custom) and start. Get notified when your fast is complete.
- Open Fast — Start fasting with no end time. End it when you're ready. No pressure, no rules.
- Countdown Mode — Set a target end time and let Steadfasting count down to it. Perfect for fasts built around your daily schedule.
FASTING HISTORY
Every completed fast is logged automatically. Review your history to spot patterns and build consistency. No cluttered graphs. No vanity metrics. Just a clean record of what you've done.
STEADFASTING PRO — $3.99, ONE-TIME PURCHASE
No subscriptions. No recurring charges. Pay once, own it forever.
Pro unlocks:
- Custom fasting times — go beyond the presets and build windows that fit your life
- Weight tracking — log your weight alongside your fasts and see the bigger picture
- Hydration tracking — stay on top of water intake during your fasting windows
- Fast stages — see where you are in the fasting process (fat burning, autophagy, ketosis) in real time
