Every day, thousands of coaches, trainers, athletes and clients log into TeamBuildr to access quality, structured strength and conditioning programs in addition to features that help streamline any program, gym or team - all in a single app.
A TeamBuildr account is required to login. If you are downloading this app, you must have a TeamBuildr account or have been given an Easy Join Code to join an existing account.
FOR COACHES
- Preview and review workout sessions for all of your athletes and clients
- View key stats for each athlete’s training session such as tonnage, reps, and session duration
- Track progress over time for your athletes including 1RM’s, times, bodyweight and other metrics
- Communicate with your athletes individually or as groups using our in-app chat feature complete with Push notifications
- Dynamic leaderboards showing results for any combination of athletes and clients
- Coach post to the Feed including links, videos, and images to specific groups of athletes or clients
FOR ATHLETES
- Get individualized training from your coach every day in-app
- Record form on video for coach/trainer to review
- Receive detailed workouts with precise %-based weights and instructional videos
- Message your coach, friends and teammates in-app or share pictures and video on the Feed
- Store all your exercise history, including 1RM’s and other PR’s, in the mobile app complete with linear graphs
The TeamBuildr mobile training experience is streamlined, fast and efficient so that coaches continue coaching and athletes can focus on training.
Have an Apple Watch or other wearable? You can sync your data from Apple Health to TeamBuildr and track your daily Exertion alongside your workouts!
