Description
The HPjCare application developed at Putrajaya Hospital can help patients with the registration process, appointment management, review of patient information and so on online.
What’s New
Version 1.9.0
This update includes the following enhancements and fixes:
1. New menu Setting
2. Reset password (moved from Profile to Setting)
3. Reset PIN 4. Add Location(s) - use for patient with multiple records from different participating hospitals.
5. Add Dependent - creating additional patient(s) profile within the main account.
6. Update email - change of registered email .
7. Switch profile from main to dependent account.
8. Prompt for multi-factor authentication on log in to improve security on sensitive information
9. Acknowledge arrival via HIS, additional to scanning of QR code.
10. MRN field with sample (eg 0000012345)
Note: Billing menu feature will available in the upcoming release. Clicking of the button has been disabled, with limitations of unable to differentiate the color of the button with other menu icon.

Unable to reschedule an appointment
The app is generally okay, apart from when I wanted to reschedule an appointment. After I chose the specialty, when I wanted to choose the doctor, the only option available was to 'reset'. If I didn't choose the specialty first, I could choose 'no preference' for the doctor, but then the app is loading endlessly...
Hopefully the app development team can debug this issue. Otherwise, the reschedule feature will never be usable.
Too many error
Before this, always in loading state. after uninstall and install for few times, can view appointment. NOW, my email cannot be found. Try to register, but cannot register. stress me out. please la app developer.
Time-Saving App
No longer have to go to the hospital just to make and confirm my appointment. The app is easy to use and i dont have to worry about forgetting my appointment date. It helps to remind me the appointment i need to attend! They also provide option to have a video consultation. Such a great help 🥳
