Agronet Mobile Apps
I found it difficult to use this app. At first when I first register the mobile apps, I struggled so much with the Agrokey. Just got it after several tries. Then, I found it difficult to transfer money. I tried so many times to make a transaction but still I can’t make it. So frustating. Please upgrade your apps.
Totally Cannot Access My Account
Oi ketua software developer korang ni bebal kah apa? Management yg handle software ni apahal nak release benda yang buggy nak mampos hah? Agak2 lah kalau nak kejar KPI pun. Tak buat full testing dulu eh? Buat testing between korang je ke? Takde with target users?
Aku nak login apps, dia cakap connection refused kat splash screen tu. Pastu aku try login kat website dapat la tapi pastu cakap please activate Agrokey guna apps kalau tak, langsung tak boleh access account.
Part ni aku memang panas hati betul la. Korang nak suruh user activate Agrokey guna apps pastu apps dia tak boleh bukak sebab “connection refused”. Macam mana aku nak buat any online banking business? Nak check balance pun tak boleh. Internet I stable k. Server korang problem ke?
U jangan nak suruh i reinstall apps k. I dah buat. Restart hp pun dah. Jgn bagi generic answers to me, I am a programmer myself, i know what steps to take for testing. Just release the new patch to fix the bug pls?
Kalau nak push feature baru pun, bagi la user acceptance test dia pass dulu tau. Stress test dia macam mana? Pass tak? Bukan security test only u guys need to pay attention to. I don’t blame the developers I blame their bosses. Bos korang tak check kerja korang ni apahal? Pastu kalau user complain, bos korang marah developers padahal dia yg tak manage betul2 hal ni. Pls fix this
CONNECTION REFUSEDDDD!!!
Please troubleshoot your app! This is not happened once, already few times. AgroNet alwaysss connection refused! When making the transaction through website, you ask for request through the app?! Then how can we approve through the app while the app having connection refused?!?! Do better!! PLEASE RE-DO THE TAC REQUEST, IT IS MUCH BETTER THAN USING AGRO ENTRY KEYYYYY ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR APP IS THE MAIN PROBLEM HERE!
