GREAT APPS

I've been using this apps for a few months now , everything is good and ui interface is friendly to new user. It also good at tracking my spending. Specifically like tracking with transactions i made the most. The QR is really helpful. Made everything so much easier to pay now.

But also theres some things i want to comment.

Can you guys add up features like the our own QR barcode ? Would be helpful for lots of payment for small businesses

Another things is that I encountered some problems today. It when i login and it wont recognize my face and i accidentally type in my tng passcode 6 digit then my account got instant lock. Which i resolved by contacting customer service. My idea is that, instead of locking our account and made my heart skips a beat. Make a verification through emails or phone number to reset our password without needing us to contacting the customer service reseting ourself saves more time and reduce stress and heart attack.

Also please add up more options to settings like option to view our full details of our account including email linked

make it fully digitized and make it so that customer service is only needed to crucial problems. Tq :) best banking apps atm

Error in Nest's function

Hello developers,

This is a great app, but I noticed that there are some problems in 'Nest' function. I noticed that when the nests are completed, they are not gathered in completed nests' function. But, when I closed any nests, they are appeared in completed nests' function. I also noticed that when the nest is completed with the targeted amount, the money still can be transfer into the nest that had completed. My suggestion is I really hope that if the nest is completed, there would not be any amount of money entering the nest and appear in completed nest' function.

Lot of key features still missing

Opening an account is within 10-15 minutes which is so convenience. The UI/UX is beautifully designed and easy to understand to. Transferring and receiving funds work as intended.

However lack of key feature has cost you 1 star, QR Pay is very much needed in any modern banking/ewallet app, the most convenient way to pay and be paid. I understand such feature is in your roadmap and will be implemented soon, waiting for it.

Oh and the upcoming debit card, please make it pink! 😂
