Terrible login system
I am using the Samsung tv app and Astro log in. I will always have to logout and log back in. The app thinks I am signed in but whenever I try to watch F1 there is an error. It is hit or miss with getting it to work. I will have to log out from my phone app, exit the app on the TV, log back in on my phone, log back in on the TV and sometimes the error still appears. Now I have finally got it to work and the commentary volume is so muffled. beIN please fix these annoying issues
Ridiculous payment system
Encountered couple times by now. I believe there’s some kind of bug which when I did my payment via Apple App Store, sometime it DOES NOT linked well to Bein which resulted that I COULD NOT watch the matches or races. And I have to pay twice for the same month subscription on BEIN itself to watch it. I asked Apple to refund but they said I am not eligible. So just paid on BEIN website itself NOT via App Store.
What a disappointment!
It does not works! The only thing it does is use up the memory of my iPad because I don’t remember the last time it actually works. I wanted to watch LFC TV Live match just now and it tool forever to play. I disabled my VPN and the result is still the same. I do not know what good this App does actually. What a waste.
