Suggestions
1. Understand that the ads imposed prior to the actual show are permitted and generates revenue. On customer POV, would like to suggest to add a ‘Skip’ button, just like any other OTT platform.
2. The famous ‘Continue Watching’ function doesn’t really resumes where i left. Kindly improvise.
3. Please have a ‘remove’ button for customers to remove titles, for example, remove title from ‘Continue Watching’ list, or remove a title from suggestion.

Not user friendly
The app has a lot of potential but it also has a lot of issues that affect the overall user experience.
1. Often the "continue watching" tab is not updated. After watching multiple episodes of a series it doesn’t note where i left off previously. Sometimes after pausing halfway through watching a movie and i want to continue where i left off, it doesn't even appear on the "continue watching" list.
2. Recently the audio doesn't seem to sync with the video playing where the video seems slower than the audio despite refreshing the app multiple times which is really annoying.
3. The whole software and user experience just isn’t as seamless as other streaming platforms.
4. Would be great if the app had a feature that enables users to download movies / shows to watch offline like on the plane or a somewhere without internet.
5. The selection of shows and movies on the app is quite good but you really have to know what you’re looking for in order to find it. If im simply browsing through the main page for something to watch i end up exiting the app cause nothing seems interesting.
Why need to update
I’m using iPad before this I’m enjoyed watching Astro go now because I need to update new version of astro go I’m no longer watching Astro go because I need to update my the iOS and my iPad not support it. Why not you let us choose which versio we can use to use Astro go
