1. Understand that the ads imposed prior to the actual show are permitted and generates revenue. On customer POV, would like to suggest to add a ‘Skip’ button, just like any other OTT platform. 2. The famous ‘Continue Watching’ function doesn’t really resumes where i left. Kindly improvise. 3. Please have a ‘remove’ button for customers to remove titles, for example, remove title from ‘Continue Watching’ list, or remove a title from suggestion.

The app has a lot of potential but it also has a lot of issues that affect the overall user experience. 1. Often the "continue watching" tab is not updated. After watching multiple episodes of a series it doesn’t note where i left off previously. Sometimes after pausing halfway through watching a movie and i want to continue where i left off, it doesn't even appear on the "continue watching" list.2. Recently the audio doesn't seem to sync with the video playing where the video seems slower than the audio despite refreshing the app multiple times which is really annoying.3. The whole software and user experience just isn’t as seamless as other streaming platforms.4. Would be great if the app had a feature that enables users to download movies / shows to watch offline like on the plane or a somewhere without internet. 5. The selection of shows and movies on the app is quite good but you really have to know what you’re looking for in order to find it. If im simply browsing through the main page for something to watch i end up exiting the app cause nothing seems interesting.

However, for some titles, while we may have the rights to offer them via streaming, we may not be able to offer them for download. Why need to update to iOS 16 and later??

Pls be considerate. Been a loyal customer with an old iOS version. Does this mean each time Astro updates its app. version, customers with old iPad models need to purchase a new iPad? Pls do allow the older version to be used or otherwise I believe many customers don’t see the need to continue with the subscriptions. Pls do understand your customers profile & needs well in order to remain relevant and competitive. Thanks.

Always buffering even my wifi have full speed

I've been an astro go user for almost 3 years, at first everything went smoothly but since the last two years, astro go is often buffering. I don't know why when my home wifi has a speed of 500 mbps, it often buffers. I pay RM2++ every month, so I'm a little disappointed when I've paid for expensive services but this is what I get. I hope astro can take care and resolve this issue
