UI was fine, but terrible highlights
new app UI was okay. easily navigated. but terrible program highlights. especially movies section. Suggest more blockbuster hits as the highlights. I paid for HBO, not to see some stupid native languages programmes being highlighted instead. come on its 2021, no one wants to see old movies in chinese, tamil or malay so much anymore

Worst app worst chat agents
The app is ridiculously useless. You couldn't access the app because you haven't update your phone number through their feedback form, FUNNY THING IS I USE MY PHONE NUMBER TO LOGIN. and when you are done, it still asked you to update update & update. Their feedback form also confusing, there's no specific option to update your phone number & you'll just have to choose whatever category even if you have no intention to fill it. Astro whatsapp also USELESS the agents are not helping AT ALL. The agents just wanted to end the conversation as soon as possible!!!! WORST

I just updated the My Astro app and the new design has surprised and impressed me! Love the new looks and finally I can login, check and pay my bill and at the same time checking all the latest shows and movies.
An companion app that astro customer should never miss!!
