Bad service of best staff at best express bandar saujana putra
4 March my parent post a parcel for me from my hometown. 5 March already arrive at Best express bandar saujana putra. Until this day 16 march still not deliver my parcel. I call their manager many times already for a past few days but the answer is the same. Promise to deliver tomorrow then tomorrow and tomorrow again. And now i call him he decline my phone call. I am their customer. And i pay for postage. Also the manager cannot speak malay and english at all. If you in this customer services business, at least learn english if dont want learn malay. I hope best express higher up will listen to this complaint about your staff. If others customer will use another courier because of this staff attitude, your bisness will fall. Trust me.
Bad Services
Your delivery man so lazy to send parcel up to my office level, left it at lobby only. It always deliver at the wrong time (not during office hours). Status keep saying out of delivery until three days and I don’t receive my parcel at all. Status changed to delivered but again, I do not receive any parcels! So frust
