As a trader, security is almost as important when using any application that holds any monetary value, almost every other applications in the west have implemented FIDO2, 2FA and MFA as a layer to prevent unauthorized login and transactions in this application.I have yet seen any banks or other entities implemented such robust MFA, adding this layer of authentication would allow users with valid security keys to authenticate. This layer of authentication would make the account much more secure in case the password in use got leaked.

I am extremely disappointed with Bursa GoldDinar, as this is my first experience using your application, and unfortunately, it has been very poor and unacceptable.I deposited a sum of money into the wallet within the application with the intention of purchasing gold. However, every time I attempted to make a purchase, the transaction remained in a “pending” status and was subsequently cancelled automatically. This did not occur just once, but three separate times.I raised this issue with your customer support agents, yet no effective resolution was provided. Instead of addressing the failed gold purchase, the agents repeatedly asked me unrelated questions. Despite answering all of these questions, the core issue remains unresolved, and to date, I have not received any gold despite my funds already being deposited into the wallet.This situation has caused serious concern and confusion. I am unsure whether this is due to internal application procedures, system failure, or another underlying issue. Regardless of the cause, such an experience is unacceptable, especially for a first-time user.Therefore, I am formally escalating this matter to management for an immediate explanation and resolution. Should I fail to receive a satisfactory response, I will have no choice but to lodge a formal complaint with the relevant authorities.

While responses were polite, the issue was only escalated without any clear resolution, explanation, or timeline.For a financial app dealing with gold purchases, this lack of:•System stability•Clear transaction status•Transparency when failures occuris unacceptable and causes unnecessary stress for users.I hope the team improves backend reliability and provides clearer feedback within the app. Until then, I cannot recommend this app for serious transactions.

Overall the app is great and easy to use, but I hope you can add an auto-debit / auto-purchase feature — so users can automatically buy gold every day, week, or month. It would make DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) much easier and more consisten
