Not replying emails/queries and not aware of the shops within the participating malls
I have sent few emails to capitastar to address my problem of receipts being rejected.
As an example, I have submitted my Coach QB mall, Penang, receipt of >RM3K in amount (which was written as Coach Bayan Lepas), however being rejected as there was no wordings of QB mall written on it!
Dear admin, there is only one Coach store located in Bayan Lepas and it is in QB Mall. Please educate your staff and make sure they are aware of all the shops in the mall. Such a pathetic excuse of rejecting the receipt!
And please reply emails. I have yet to receive even a single email/reply from your side regarding my complaints!
Wrongly read my Scaned receipt
I bought two exactly the same product, on 26 Nov 2018 time 5.48 pm, Kino Colla Diamond from Watson Gurney Plaza Penang Malaysia at RM128 n use promo voucher to get a discount RM 10, so I paid only RM118. In d first receipt, it was written my opening balance of my Watson point was 568, earned points 118 n closing balance is 687, time of transaction is 5.48pm. Immediately after paying d first product, I pay up my second product at 5.50pm which is also Kino Colla Diamond, paid exactly same RM118 with another promo voucher. This receipt printed Watson opening balance is 687, earned points 118, closing balance 805. Only one receipt was accepted n get CapitaStar points, whereas the other receipt was considered duplicate receipt. I wrote in few times, by my complaint was turned down again n again. What type of staff working which can’t read the details of the receipts. Very very very disappointed
Not user friendly
I got 2 receipts with same amount of money but the administrator just accepted 1 receipt and the another receipt they rejected it and claimed that they were the same receipt. I can’t do appeal through the apps. Really hope that the administrators can open their eye and see that the two receipts’ number were different even though their amount were same. Good innovation but not user friendly.
