The stores that involved in Yuu app can be more proactive to tell the customer if they have Yuu membership so they can scan their acc to collect the points etc. So far so good.
Very Exclusive to Singaporean Phone Numbers
The app is biased to have only Singaporean phone numbers. In age of WhatsApp it does not matter, which phone number to use. Hundred thousands Malaysians, and more expats travel to Singapore regularly. Does not make sense.
