Not working since the update
Used to read my card from my phone. Updated and now just get error all the time
Non-Intuitive Front Page
Just like most of the other 1 star reviews, I thought I needed to sign up for an account, and also couldn't initially figure out how to check my card balance. After 15-30 minutes of playing around, I realised I had to click on one of the options ('Topup' or 'History') first before the app asked to scan the card. Imo, it will be more intuitive if the app directs users to scan first ('Scan Card' button) and then only present the options available.
Conclusion: The app works but it's very confusing for first time users.
Rubbish app
What a trash app and as well as the system. As a foreigner that required to have this auto pass card I order to drive into Singapore. Yes, i have the card but not able to see any transaction online and balance because I unable to signup the NETS account due to I don’t have Singapore mobile number. What a joke.. how can a foreigner have a local mobile number ?

Hi user, if this is regarding Autopass card checking, you don't need to log into NETS account. Just place your card against the back of the phone for the NFC to detect card information. You can also top-up your card using NFC. Hope this clarifies
