App is poorly written with frequent stalls and hangs. It’s a mobile app and I’ve no idea why the UI needs to freeze so frequently. Easier to kill it and reload. Even simple searching for bookmarked charger takes 3 taps which is far too much.
Major Account creation issues!

If you were curious why there’s no new users to the app since your last release, perhaps it is because your account creation journey was not tested!! In a battery depleted situation I was unable to create an account. 1) request TAC showed repeated “unknown error”. Eventually by some random clicks it worked and I received the TAC. 2) next step after entering TAC it repeatedly said “PROVIDER field is required (and 1 more error”. There is literally 2 fields that I can SEE to enter info: mobile number and TAC - both of which have been entered. Tried this on multiple devices, deleted and reinstalled and nothing works. True nightmare and unreliable!!!! Please regress test your apps before deploying them.

This app has the worst interface i have ever used. So not user friendly. The caller that called us that is supposed to “help us” did everything except that. The caller didnt suggest anything that could improve our experience. All he could do was stop the charging. We had explained our problem prior to that but he only could stop the charging only. What a way to serve your users. I wish i could send you the video of my experience using the app or the interaction with the caller. I like the app’s potential to be good it has a lot of good features. Only if it works tho. This experience made me want to buy a proton saga instead. Fix your app.
Booking Fee not refunded

Tried ChargeSini 1st time on recent trip to Penang. NOT IMPRESSED! Booked on app for 12 noon spot. Arrived early. app froze so called help line but no one answered. Eventually it worked and started charging before noon. But still charged me RM5 booking deposit even tho their FAQ says will be refunded if charging amount more than RM5 (which I did). My email to them still no action after 1 week. My thoughts… buggy app, terrible customer service and don’t believe their FAQ!
