Rental car with GoCar on 2 Feb 23 - WB8885V
Overall the rental car journey were general good experience besides the first 90 mins of my journey when the first car allocated to me went malfunction after 3km drive 🙈 I was informed to stop the car waiting for exchange but later when I found a place to park I was again inform to remove the car to my next destination 🥶 there were quite a bit of hassle when I was late for my meeting due to the inconvenience caused. Hope the company could help to provide more regular check on their cars for rental from time to time in the future.
EV Car Rental
Overall experience was good but the mobile app crashes every now and then (locking/ unlocking and also when trying to upload pre and post use inspection photos).
When it crashes, I have to reload the app. When I reload the app, it prompts me to sign in again. It was a hassle to reload the app and sign in again whenever it crashes but other than that, the EV was a pleasure to drive!
Apps performance was bad
I did have issues with the apps. Suddenly all tab are blank, need to refresh, and open and close the apps again and again until it refreshed back all the information. It very unreasonable for something emergency, even the live chat need strong internet connection and up to 30 seconds to load the button. Very inefficient. Please improve the apps for future use. Will not use this apps anymore. But 5 stars to the customer service performance. Very professional and helpful. Just the load part only problem. Other than that is fine. Variety choices, reasonable price and easy to use.
