Please make the system better by having filter option for example we can choose Job in our city only. If we are in kl we can just filter kl job instead of scrolling whole malaysia job which can be a hassle

Worst customer service

Pros: The availability of jobs available. The only good thing about this app is that there is always a job ready every hour so if you’re quick enough you can get the big bucks

Cons: Oh god where do I start.. The application has way too many problems. Starting from the inspection when you take photos of the car’s condition, sometimes it would result to an error and you have to submit the pictures again.

My least favourite feature of this app is the incredibly useless customer service which I have to face everyday when I lodge a complaint about the car’s location in the pick up zone. Always a hassle with the customer service and it takes them ages to respond. The quickest I’ve ever got was 10 mins. And when they said they’ll brief me the situation to a call. I never receive one in the first place.

So Dash/Socar do yourself a favour and fix your issues. It’s hard enough you’re making every dasher’s jobs harder but to screw up the receivers bookings. You gotta try harder next time.

Avada ba

A lots improvement but still those Dasher is still under upreciated with cheap compesation when Customer cancel job/extend job. They only compensate Rm4/Rm8 based on situation, imagine u spend almost 1 hour riding public transport just to get there & somehow job was cancel. Dasher time wasted & u just Feel FxxK. They need to pay more or equal to current job pay. Other thing is, why in the world cant they fix those FILTER. I dont want to see those jobs from other states.
