Back button always lagging.. hang up
Done register-ok but after open out , having lagging -hangup when back to home page.. anyway good to have these apps.. admin need to update the apps from time to time
Must have app for all drivers
Called the hotline for help as I have a tyre issue but I couldn’t give them the exact location so was told to download the app. Used to SOS function where it can detect my location. Help came less than 10 mins to fix my spare tire.
Unable To Create Account
In spite of several attempts over different days, I failed to create an account. There was no indication of any errors while filling out the form or after registration was supposedly completed. Each press of the account creation button yielded absolutely no response at all.
Chatbot suggested checking my email spam folder. Nothing there either... and I don't think anyone from PLUS will be responding to this. Not in this lifetime anyway.
