Worst customer experience ever

I signed up for the first time. I registered the item I bought but now, I’m not sure if I managed to register the warranty because there’s 70+ notifications for other ppl’s warranty it seems (200% sure they’re not mine) And I’m not sure which warranty notification belongs to mine and the status of my warranty. Also, now I’m very concern if my personal details is secured…or not.

Not friendly and very slow

To receive email after create id and to reset password is slow. To verify is slow. To confirm password your system already set at all capital letters so it is incorrect. Process is not smooth from first time registration and to register warranty. Until now i’m not able to register warranty online using mobile app. This app is Not helpful.

This is the worst apps ever that i used..need manually select my DOB from calendar i need to back to year 90s have have to click thousand times as calendar keep back to today’s date..wasting my time! After sign up and try to log in pop up box said user not found!
