Honest Review and Goodbye

My honest review after using it since around 2018 has been really amazing. Low prices, reliable and so much more. Though may not be the best at anything but at least a jack of all trades which is better than a Master of one.

Although I mainly uses it as a second line for me mainly for work purposes and others I will truly miss Yoodo as it is undeniably the most customisable Telco there is in the market.

I’m sad that due to MCMC Celcom is forced to suspend Yoodo’s services. I guess this is sort of a proper goodbye from me. Will miss you.

AN UPDATE:
Alright, so you guys shouldn't think that 5G is superior since it isn't. 4G is considerably better because, when I checked mine today—keep in mind, I only added more data to my plan last week, with 22 days remaining till the next renewal—I saw that it was only at 5GB out of 20B. When I contacted customer service, he claimed that the reason my data was being used quickly was because I was utilising 5G instead of 4G, even though there is really very little difference between the two. I'll stick with my 4G the next time.

I’m sorry but this is the worst telco ever? It consumes all of my data before the renewal, which is bothersome because I only use data while at work or while I'm out and about looking through Twitter or Instagram. When I checked last week, I had used 3GB/20GB, but shortly after (2 days later), it said I had used 20GB/20GB when I didn't even use my data to play any games or only use wifi at home…Penat lah macam ini grr memang nak tukar ke telco lain la jawabnya

Overall great but annoying sometimes

I really like this app! I’ve been using it for 6 months and didn’t have any issues: great coverage, totally customisable packages, reasonable price, UI is also quite nice and simple.

The only thing that annoys me a lot is that the app constantly keep logging me off from my account. I have no need to open it often and when I do - it’s usually because I need to check smth super quickly. And each freaking time I have to log in and remember my “strong enough” password again. Super annoying, considering the fact that there is captcha and no opportunity to log in through Google account.
