Crashing
I downloaded this app and wanted to redeem my drink but every time I click it crashes before loading the location page. Kindly resolve the app crashing issue.
Update: the issue was resolved for a while but the app is crashing again.
Wouldn't recommend GiGi Coffee
I am extremely disappointed with GiGi Coffee's recent app update. Despite their promise to not affect the coffee balance in my bundle package, my remaining 10 Americanos were converted to an RM 56 wallet balance instead of the promised RM 84. The response from their team was perfunctory and didn't address my concerns at all. It's disappointing to see a company go back on their word and not value their loyal customers. I wouldn't recommend GiGi Coffee to anyone considering using their service. They don't value customer loyalty and don't stand behind their promises.
Useless coffee app ever
Wasted time waiting for OTP which never arrive by SMS and have to wait longer to get WhatsApp OTP. New Gigi app doesn’t allow you to order coffee anymore. It is just a basic ewallet and point system. It looks like the new app didn’t transfer points and balance from old version. To use the app you must queue up and order from the counter and the poor cashier has to open a separate app on a tablet and scan again using POS system. Totally useless app. I will uninstall after finishing up my top up balance.
