I have been using this app for quite some time now, and I must say, it's truly amazing! The functionality, ease of use, and overall user experience are top-notch. The app's navigation capabilities are unparalleled, making it an indispensable tool for drivers like me.

However, there's one minor drawback that I believe could greatly enhance the app's usefulness for drivers: the lack of horizontal support. As a driver, it's crucial to have the map displayed horizontally to get a better view while navigating through unfamiliar routes or dense traffic. I would love to see this feature added to the app in the near future.

Despite this one missing aspect, the app's performance and accuracy are remarkable. The navigation is smooth, and the real-time updates are incredibly helpful. The interface is intuitive and easy to understand, making it a breeze to plan and follow routes.

In conclusion, this app is truly fantastic, but adding horizontal support would elevate it to an even higher level of excellence. I highly recommend it to all drivers and travelers, as it is undoubtedly one of the best navigation apps available. With the suggested improvement, it would be simply unbeatable!

As a Grab driver, I really hope for some improvements, especially in the Kuala Lumpur area. I understand that sometimes the distances are short, and the prices are low, but it's crucial to recognize when there's heavy traffic. For instance, I might have a net profit of only 7 ringgit due to short distances, but traffic makes the journey from the starting point to the destination take an hour. I spend an additional 20 minutes in traffic to reach the customer's pick-up point, then wait for them before starting the ride. Subsequently, I endure another hour of traffic for that 7 ringgit, which is really not worthwhile. This situation occurs almost every evening from 5 to 7:30, making it challenging to earn money.

-The Support Team is doing the hard work trying their best to backup drivers if facing any issues & respond speed is quite fast & 100% solutions can be solve, feels like always beside you.

3) GRAB Systems
-GRAB really have a complete System from A-Z which makes drivers even more confident & comfortable to be as partners.

4) GRAB Benefits
-We as drivers now is enjoying a lots of GRAB Benefits being provided especially earning more income & lots more to come, for those haven’t join GRAB so what are you waiting for & before it’s too late just stepping forward to know more.

5) GRAB Car Rental
-Don’t have vehicle? No problem, GRAB is providing Car Rental facility for those who want to become driver but don’t have own vehicle to drive. Low rental daily, servicing, maintenance, tyres, engine oil & etc is all responsible by GRAB.
