Very rudimental

The UI looks quite scattered and more importantly the app itself is not very intuitive and lack attention to details, unrefined, scheduling works but the notification can be spammy at times and sometimes it shows -1 notification. Some information is just a lazy display of a PDF. You did expect to be able to use this app for the original Honda dashcam but it requires another terrible app published by some random guy.

Kind of useless app as booking always fail

Hi,
I like to share some issue with the app.
Im on iphone 12 pro.
-App loading time super long on every launch and also even longer when click on announcement and whatever action. Sometime load 5 mins.

-Appointment booking literately useless, app booking open for 3 weeks in advance BUT ALWAYS received a call from dealer almost last minute that booking are fully reserved and reschedule another for another time in the call.
Since then, i try not booking through the app, by calling directly for appointment booking, and what do you know, we can book without fail. EVEN more than a month in advance compared to app booking!
I suspect dealer have their own booking schedule and disregard the app booking, they only check the app booking when time closer and every single time it was fully book and need to reschedule for further date.
Lessen of the day, honda touch app are literally useless app and it do not work as intended.
Unless you dont mind book 2-3 weeks in advance and getting a call to reschedule again 3 weeks later. Then go ahead use the app, total of 6 weeks to appointment service ur car.

Good apps and can improve further.

Good apps. So far no issue to book appointment thru apps. User also can views previous maintenance invoice. Hopefully developer can add alert notification to remind user’s next service date.

The only issue is currently apps still shows one red notification although already clear all the notifications and tried to reinstall the apps.
