Good start but need improvement

The app is so empty. I was expecting I can SAVE my account no. there, check and pay whenever it is. There are no issue using the app to pay, however it can’t save your account no., and you have to key the account number every time you wanna check or pay. In this case, there is no difference with paying through their website. Since you mentioned that you won’t be issuing hardcopy bill starting from 2022, where do you expect us to get out account no.? The app developer can try to learn from TNB, Syabas, Indah Water etc. Their app is really handy.

I had a very frustrating experience trying to make my CUKAI TAKSIRAN DBKL payment. I attempted to pay online, but it was extremely difficult to find the correct site or link via Google. I downloaded the Pay@KL app, but unfortunately, I couldn’t log in due to constant errors.Trying to get help was even worse despite many contact numbers being listed, none of them responded. I tried multiple times, but it seems like no one is actually available to assist. What’s the point of having so many phone numbers if no one answers?Overall, the process was unclear, unreliable, and very disappointing. I hope DBKL improves its digital payment services and provides proper customer support soon.

I found very frustrating to get the app to recognise me. As a foreigner with PR for 15 years and living in the country for 32 years. The system wouldn’t recognise my PR (Kad) number issued by Malaysia or my present passport (UK) number. I had to go back to a 20 year old passport number to put into the system before it recognised me😳Otherwise the payment of the parking fine (from my wife) was very easy.Also the system wouldn’t allow me to update my Identification details so I have to go back to my 20 year old passport when (if) I need to use the app again🙁

This is not user friendly. There is no transaction history or payment history, or at least for me to be able to save the account or tax number so I can always check and make payment. But everything need to remember separately and key-in manually. Please improve on this. And it is not mobile responsive when making payment through credit card. Very hard to key in card number when full page display in a screen which can’t zoom in.
