Payment made, and booking went missing. Refunds or cancellations (due to weather) can’t be done via the app and was told to go to sports venue during working hours if I needed a refund- how troublesome. Also, the booking page shows the date when you made a booking instead of the actual event day so to search for a specific booking, you need to actually remember when you made the booking.

I download this app is to expect a better performance to book court easily. But every time I try to book a court, the loading speed really make me feel so frustrated, IT IS TOO SLOW! Come on, every time I want to complete a payment, I wait for like half hour still the page is loading, even tho I refreshed or restarted the application, I couldn’t get back to the payment process, and I need to wait another 20 minutes to rebook the court again, since the court’s status is in PROCESSING PAYMENT. Please take action, thank you, your caption has already mentioned that you will enhance the user experience, but now it just become WORSE.

This app is not user friendly at all. Bookings can go missing despite making payments so you had better screenshot every single step of payment you do and your court details. I’ve been trying to access my bookings since last week but the app has been down for me and when I do click bookings, it says none have been made?
