I was charge on the booking but there is no booking confirmation that appears on the booking section. I booked court 3 8-10pm Feb 2, 2025 the payment went through and the I waited for the booking to appear as the slot also was taken already so I thought maybe the system will just take time to show it on mu booking. After 2 hrs of waiting the time slot was open and available again. This means by earlier booking was not confirmed even I was charged. I tried to call the supervisor on the location O chose but to no avail. No one to talk to deal with this kind of issue. How am I supposed to get my money back?

Did a booking and wanted to check the booking details during weekend. The apps wasn’t working for 2days straight. Couldn’t even check in the app , and the website is always not working as well. There’s no solution or no one to ask regarding this matter. Booking details are also not immediate reflects in the app. Need to keep trying on your luck when the app works fine, quickly screenshot everything and save it in the phone

Payment made, and booking went missing. Refunds or cancellations (due to weather) can’t be done via the app and was told to go to sports venue during working hours if I needed a refund- how troublesome. Also, the booking page shows the date when you made a booking instead of the actual event day so to search for a specific booking, you need to actually remember when you made the booking.
