I had to change my payment method, but now my bookings show “payment in progress” with no way to make a payment. I am unable to book any other slots because the system shows i have active bookings (the ones with “payment in progress” but I don’t actually have any. So frustrating. Please get a a UX designer to look into your app.

Extremely frustrating experience. The app becomes painfully slow around 12am, which is exactly when tennis bookings are most competitive. The system frequently hangs, and the payment page often goes down or fails to load.It took me almost one hour just to make and secure a single booking, and by the time it went through, it was already 1am. This defeats the purpose of having an online booking system.Please seriously review and upgrade your app performance and payment system, especially during peak booking hours.

overall everything is alright but it will be good if this app allow user to book on the same day😔🙏🏻 sometime people do the decisions last minute to play badminton, so they cant book the same day. this method will untungkan user and dbkl. PLEASEEEEEE🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hey DBKL,Please take a serious look at your app’s functionality before rushing out releases just to hit your deadlines. Right now, the app barely works. We can’t book appointments or sports facilities, the email verification is broken, and both sign-in and registration are a mess. It’s honestly useless in its current state.If you think pushing out an unfinished app just to protect your own image is the way to go, you’re dead wrong.(I’m giving this 5 stars so you’ll actually see this comment.)
