how can my account being deactivated?

Recently, my acc have being deactivated and i dont know why. if there a reason that i should know? and where can i know it? i need to use this online transfer cuz now mco and i hope it can be fixed asap. thank you

Above are the complaint from me before. i have been followed your suggestion to call the number about my acc have been deactivated and you said during mco call center will open from 8am to 8pm but from yesterday i have been try to call and nobody answer the call. i hope you can respond it asap. Thank you.

There are several factors that can cause your account to be deactivated, including errors in entering the password for 3 attempts. However, for security and verification purposes, kindly contact our Contact Centre at 1-300-88-8787 (local) or 603-2600 5500 (overseas). During Movement Control Order (MCO), our Contact Centre operates from 8.00 am until 8.00 pm every day including Weekends and Public Holiday.

Slow! Very very slow

I want to file a complaint about the app being so slow and also when i try to login, i cannot access my account. When i turn it off and try to log in again, it said that i am logged in alr and i ended up had to wait for sometime to log in again. This did not happen only once but many times.

Another issue is when i tried to transfer money from my acc to 3rd party bank, it failed. I tried many times but still fail. Sometimes I didn’t even receive the TAC number even though i tap the request button many times bc i waited a while and still haven’t receive it.

I hope that you can fix these issues immediately. Thank you.

Cant use in the app

I used to like using this apps. Why would i connected to the safari instead of using the apps alone? I just like to see the balance and all without having to insert my pssword and stuff. Idk why suddenly the system turned like this. Please clarify
