Setiap isu kalau bkaitan login dri web ataupun apps, most of the bank kena selesaikan within 1-2days walaupun isu tu terjadi on weekend. Isu apps redirect ke website dah 3 hari jd. Masih xde solution. Isu fingerprint xleh guna n kena key in id n password diselesaikan dgn cara untuk mintak pengguna utk tak menggunakan fringerprint. What the hell is wrong with you guys? Kalau camtu xyah buat features fingerprint bagai. Aku xtau la org atasan korg makan gaji buta ke hape, duit dah kluar banyak. Tp xleh manage isu2 camni. Blm lg nak cte pasal design apps n design website. Buruk namati. Budak bru kluar university buat lg lawa. Aku still xfaham, org atasan tu org tua bangka ke yg masih dduk dlm tahun 2010? Confirm melayu yg jd bos, da selesa gaji tgi, malas nak tgk problem semua, suh org bawah setel. Weh turun g tgk gila. If i were the ceo or the coo. I will ask to rangka balik apps n website. Yes. Mmg kluar modal tgi, tp itukan investment utk tarik pelanggan utk gunakan servis bank muamalat. Lg2 utk org muda skrg, so dorg akan stay smpai ke tua. Bodoh ke. Xkan tu nak kena ajar. Even bank islam da buat apps yg bru dan bagus. Dorg invest lebih. Utk setel kan isu dan buat apps baru. Modal tu akan dibayar semua btahun kemudian. Sedih la camni. Dibayar gaji tgi, tp xde kualiti, mutu, keunggulan.

The mobile app is ok but can be more user-friendly especially the i-MSecure registration and activation process.Consider providing a simple guide or link to show how a customer can activate. You had it on the login page in “Announcements” but just stating Activate i-MSecure via the Muamat Online Portal….. is not enough. Just show a quick guide on “how to” will help tremendously and advise the 720 mins = 12 hours for activation. When I finally registered for it, and waiting for 12 hours, then my mobile app was in “Loading…” mode for 2 days. So I had to uninstall mobile app and install once again. I installed the mobile app easily but then as website portal showed device connected and activated so I did transfer. The transaction approval was apparently sent but I didn’t receive anything on my device to be approved.I had tried a few times and I deleted the device and went to the whole process to register the device once again. And here waiting another 12 hours for activation. It is really frustrating Know the mobile app took a lot of effort to be developed but the i-MSecure token registration process of 12 hours to verify and activate is far too long! Please do consider reviewing Maybank’s mobile and online banking features as well as secure verification etc. The whole process is much simpler and user-friendly.

No notification or anything pop out for me to approve my transaction. So far few months passed. No solution for this. Surprisingly those favorite account transfer, no need approval from the apps. Which I am not sure it is good or not interm of the security, BUT luckily it do helps me to transfer money to my Bank Islam account first (no need approve as it fav acc) then do transaction to another acc using Bank Islam apps instead. My suggestion is if you dont have stable apps yet. So many bugs yet to fix. Why dont just do traditional way of TAC number instead. Brag like having apps but seems not functioning. I have many account with bank muamalat so far but this is very disappointing. Or else people will move to another bank which is has more stable & reliable apps. Please take this review seriously thanks.

Not good experience. I wanted to transfer money, but cannot do so. Because cannot access the apps, saying connection not steady despite using wifi connection. I have no problem to login/ access maybank2u apps, for for whatever reason, cant access this apps. Im writing this review using the wifi. Ok lah, apps cannot, i tried in browser laptop, can login, but still requires approval from the the apps, even though im transferring to my favourite account. If it is my favourite account, why still need unneccasry more approval from unreliable apps? Very very very bad. I think, maybank2u and CIMB apps, have long been on the market, and are quite steady and stable, cant you just replicate all the good features and approval requirement like them? Very bad.
