I subscribed to Proton VPN’s premium plan, but it’s only usable for a couple of days, the after that the app didn’t update my account at all. Even though the payment already went through, the premium features are unusable. For example, I specifically paid so I could connect to servers in any country, but the app still treats me like I’m on the free plan.I tried refreshing, logging out and back in, reinstalling the app, nothing fixes it. It’s really frustrating to pay for something and not get access to the features promised. Please fix this issue because right now it feels like I wasted my money.

2 perpetual bugs that have been around for around 2 years- when you launch the app after closing it for a while, it needs to load the connection info again and if you press Disconnect too soon it’ll disconnect and reconnect then you’ll have to press disconnect a second time to disconnect - after some period of time of being connected it switches to the fastest server instead of the country you originally connected to

Hi! Thank you for reviewing our app. There is a known disconnect issue on iOS while your device is locked/sleeping, related to the OS itself, and is outside of our control. We have already reported this issue to Apple. Once you wake up your device (i.e., once you unlock its screen), it will immediately reconnect to the VPN. More information can be found at the following link: https://protonvpn.com/support/sleeping-iphone-does-not-run-protonvpn/ With WireGuard in particular, the certificate is refreshed and a connection is re-established whenever the device requires an active connection. You can also turn on 'Always-on' and Kill Switch in the app settings to make sure all connections are routed through the VPN tunnel. Recent ads popped out AND lag!

I think for the past few weeks, the VPN doesn’t work like previously. Firstly, whenever VPN switched ON, I will not see any ads on most of my apps, but now the ads popping out like before I have not installed VPN. Secondly, recently also it make my connection to internet very lag. How do I know is the VPN causing the lag/ slow down? When I switched off VPN, everything’s normal. Please look into these👆🏼
