The game is truly interesting but it’s it possible to develop more activities/daily campaign that provide more benefits for the gamers without merely asking for topping up ingots or incessant in-app purchase...Probably this will the way to increase the gamers’ interest to continue supporting your game....

Bad customer service and cheat money

During an event, I’ve purchased gold ingots using real money in order to obtain a child’s costume. However, after my divorce, my child’s costume has disappeared. I’ve emailed the costumer service multiple times and they said that my child’s costume has expired. However, my 2 other child’s costumes which I’ve obtained during events the same way are still here. Why is it that just 1 has expired? I’ve tried contacting them several more times but to no avail. After playing this game for 2 years and being a loyal player, I’m deeply disappointed with this service. And also, gold ingots are not cheap! Please do not waste your money purchasing gold ingots!

Why do I have to keep downloading updated version every single time I open the app?! Everytime its a 503MB download + 47MB patch update. Like what on earth is wrong? My startup version is always 1040 when the updated version is always 1043
