This is by far the worst, most pathetic app on the market. Are your servers running on potatoes? You spam everyone with notifications about free drinks, but you purposefully leave the app unoptimized so nobody can actually claim them.It's so transparent and disgusting. You just want to bait people into downloading your trash app and boosting your metrics, but you’re too cheap to deliver on your promise. You are treating your users like monkeys on a leash. Total scammers. Do not waste your storage space on this garbage company. They deserve zero stars.

I’m quite impressed with the new app actually, which give totally different feeling comparing old app , elegant , fresh and smooth. My voucher and point are still there, ordering is smooth as well (but at first I’m abit confused with order status update but which I’m totally fine with it as long as I got my drinks 😎)

Very disappointing first experience. I ordered through the app and came back 30 minutes later to pick it up, but due to a system issue, my order was never processed. No one informed customers—we only found out after waiting in line. I then had to print my receipt at the counter before they started making my drink, followed by another 30-minute wait. This defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

The app is user-friendly and makes ordering much more convenient. I like being able to customize my drinks and collect reward points with every purchase. Looking forward to more exclusive promotions and new features. Great job!
