I suggest a more customization and automation option for the App, example the air purifier, it only started to speed up in certain hard coded 2.5PM value....I would be better if speed can be customize with automation, like when If PM value higher than certain value, then fan speed is high.Because currently Im always have use the manual mode to speed up every time I saw the PM value higher than 005.My wife is a pregnant lady, cant stand even with little smell. So I need the air clean instantly. So to maximize speed the pro purifier I brought, otherwise most of the time it always in slow mode when in auto mode, then why bother Im buying a pro series...

The UI has been difficult to use off the get go, if you have a robot and you need it to clean multiple floors, it's a hassle to reset the map each time and recalibrate in order for the robot to actually clean. It also takes a few minutes just for the map to load---- sometimes even up to 10 minutes! I might as well start mopping myself. App sometimes also takes 5 minutes just to load on the main page... I don't know why is it so laggy. App logged me out for no reason, and when I used the correct password, it refused to let me log in. It took me 2 days just to reset the password too as it kept saying that I put in the wrong password. Their products are good, but the app is terrible. Seriously considering changing to a different ecosystem instead.
Camera not able to view

Recently all my 4 Xiaomi camera now able to view through the MI HOME APPS. I hope there is new updates as soon as possible. My i ternet connection no isse and I am not first time user slso. Previously it work quite fine jist sometime a bot slow but recently all my 4 camera keep stuck at loading only. Had been restart many time on apps and decive, also reinstall MI HOME APPS but still unable to solve. Please take this issue seriously as if this continue not able to view, all xiaomi camera user will change to other brand of reliable camera. I hope to have your reply.
