Been following and buying at 11street since it started. Great place to shop, a good variety of items to choose from, not to mention wide coverage of goodies from different countries.
One of the best online sites to shop, well-thought payment method, easy to follow through even when you internet failed you. When your transaction got stuck half-way, other sites will cancel your purchase, while for 11street, they have this ‘pay later’ function to save the day!
The return process is easy, and the site allow sellers to leave their contact details. Also very easy to reach their friendly & always helpful customer service.
The best thing about 11street-you will receive your items well within 11days, including items from abroad❤️! Or you get compensated for the late delivery!!

Lowest Price Claim Is NOT Guaranteed

The good thing about this platform - Presto offered great vouchers (during selected time like 10 Oct) and some of the selected items had lower prices than its rivals. Not so good thing was my experience in reporting of lowest price guaranteed (LPG) to Presto Mall, where it took more than 5 working days for it to come back to me. my claim was rejected, reason being that the same product offered in the competitor’s platform was not available and was not at a lower price at the time of their verification (not at the time I submitted the report). What’s the point for me to take the trouble to upload the image of the product and website link of rival platform, and did some write up. I felt cheated because Presto didn’t explicitly indicate such condition and it took longer for them to come back to me despite indicated as 5 working day. So for those of you who want claim the LPG, you better pray hard so that the product of rival platform remains available and at lower price after it takes its own sweet time to verify. Besides that Presto didn’t change much to improve buyers’ experience in its online mall since it setup in 2015 as 11Street, as compared to Shopee and Lazada.

Convenient, reliable and so much to choose from!

I have bought quite a bit from 11street. Started off as just giving it a try and now it is shopping with a purpose. There are nice, reliable, trustworthy sellers here and I have been happy with most of my purchases, some of which are repeated purchases. With its regular coupons and competitive prices, 11street is a happy street for shoppers :)
