Very very bad apps
Used it only once a month to pay water bill. Last month it was still okay. This month, unable to log in. Tried uninstall and reinstall, still cannot log in, tried to reset password via “forgot password”, cant even click submit to get the reset info. Very very disappointed
Please Change Font & Background Colour
I know other users already made this kind of complaint. But still, the developer did nothing to correct it. For months, I had to deal with difficulties in making payments and dealing with all white but nothing to read on. What the developer expect us to see ?
Useless app
The most irritating app that I ever encountered so far! Can’t sign in!!! Already completed all the details and I can’t sign in.. More then 3 times reset my password and it keep showing incorrect password / user. And also all the columns we fill in are black in colour pls change that! Very difficult to type in. So frustrated!!!
