J&T Malaysia 4+

I’ve downloaded and deleted the app a few times and every time there’s a new inconvenience. The most consistent one is that it keeps telling me the postcode to Philippines is wrong when Philippines postal codes are 4 digits only and it won’t let me add more anyway so why the heck is it telling me it’s wrong?? The website is also the same, it keep saying I didn’t put in phone number when I DID.

It was obviously J&T mistakes that my customer got the damaged item. Poor handling by their staff. I am very sure because I have sent the same things so many times but never happened like that to my parcel. My claim also got rejected. They stated that was packaging issue. I even used bubble wrap & box sheet to the parcel & FRAGILE STICKER ALL OVER THE PARCEL. Courier staff should handle more careful with Fragile parcels. I think they put something heavy on my parcel that the item got damaged so bad. I am very disappointed with J&T. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE ANYMORE. They don’t respond to my reply regarding this issue. Better use Poslaju. Their service much better so far.

This app is great and all until the latest update. Anyway fix the bugs and improve the UI. I can’t copy paste information anymore. I could go crazy from typing all the customers’ details manually. When I pasted information, nothing appears. Before the update there hasn’t been any problem with copy pasting information. Hope this issue will be fixed ASAP.
