I think this app & effort can go far, but needs improvement and rectification of the glitches. Wanted to order food, but after proceeding to the total order, there’s no button for me to click pay or whatsoever except the ‘back’ button. Isn’t that just weird? I like the fact that the price of the food is the same as at the shop, and the fees charged is low. There’s no reason I could give a full 5-star rating, unless it’s fully functioning as it should.

Absolutely steep learning curve. The most painful thing is to go back to previous screen, the placement of button is under, left side. It’s not intuitive and very difficult since it covers certain menu. Don’t get me started on “search”. You have to change your location in the front then only your search IN ANOTHER PAGE loads properly. I use this app almost daily now after getting used to it. Definitely need to step up. Start with tracking order? And place search in the first screen, don’t hide it. Please, please, please rethink of your user journey as it is nowhere near optimal. Also, my fav store is hidden and only know of this thanks to absolutely wonderful customer service from the vendor, they reached me on WhatsApp to ask of my review on their food. After not seeing the store anymore on the platform i personally asked the vendor if they are open. Turns out, Misi hidden their store despite they have turn their shop as online on the app. Fix these please. I see potential to disrupt the market but you got to be ready to serve.

I appreciate the app's mission to support local businesses, but the lack of an English version makes it inconvenient for a wider users. Adding English support would enhance accessibility and attract more users. Looking forward to future updates!
