Pls be more mindful that people who using your APP are mostly viewing on phone. The Catalog wording are so small which I can’t read in normal view, yet when I try to enlarge it become very blur and can’t read. What’s the point if you uploaded a catalog/promotion but your customer cannot read ??? And the arrangement of the products are so messy, for example lipsticks, same lipstick range the App shows in the same item and you only need to click on the colour that you want but some they separate into individual item. This is so confusing !! Moreover, lipsticks label number is so important where most of the customer looking the number instead of each colour name, many of the item without colour number. Please take a look on Sephora App, they are doing very well.

I will give zero star if it’s available! I never been this dissatisfied before. I’m a regular online shopper (shopee/lazada/sephora etc) but I never experience this worst service ever. This is my first time ordering from Watsons’ online apps and will definitely be my last. I haven’t receive my orders yet but they already marked it as ‘Delivered’ in my shipping status. And when I chat with the customer service, they provide me with the tracking number and when I try to track my parcel, it says no tracking number found! It means it has not been long since they posted out my orders but yet they claimed that the parcel already DELIVERED! I asked them to change my status since I haven’t receive it yet and they said there is nothing they can do to amend it and it is due to a problem in their system! I’ve read all the reviews here which most of it from a year ago so I thought they already fixed their system but guess what,NO! They didn’t even bother to fix it! So guys, if you thinking of buying from this apps, better think 1000x. It’s better to just buy from their physical store or from other online shopping apps like shopee, lazada or sephora.

P/S : please don’t tell me to contact or submit my complaint on your email or customer service again. It’s not like you guys will do anything. I’ve had enough!

Never buy online with Watson if you cannot wait for the delivery. Expected parcel to arrive after 1 month. Second time trying this online and it was 2 weeks of waiting. The new interface was refreshing and nice but filters are just not responsive couple with poor delivery service the experience is just meh..

Update: Well, I never got my parcel after 1 month and it took so many emails to get them to just cancel my order. Guess what, cancelling don’t comes with auto refund. You have to separately request for refund and it takes up to 15 to 30 working days to process. Just don’t bother with online purchase here. Maybe just do it via Lazada you get better refund policy. It’s really not the app but bad customer services.
