So much problem
Viewing catalog is okay, I can zoom in and everyone, its just everytime I tried to click on certain item it suppose to lead me to items that I want to buy, but it just displaying error. Another problem is when I tried to look for several favourite items to add into cart, but i dont know why, all of the items in my wishlist are all out of stock. Theres like 30 items in there. What do you mean out of stock? When I click the item and I can just add to bag just fine. Is that a bug with stocks availability in wish list?Other problem is like when you try to view certain promotion given by watson, I’ll just say its not user friendly (error, too much loading, etc). For now, I’ll just stick with your website rather than using this app.

Catalog resolution is so small.
Pls be more mindful that people who using your APP are mostly viewing on phone. The Catalog wording are so small which I can’t read in normal view, yet when I try to enlarge it become very blur and can’t read. What’s the point if you uploaded a catalog/promotion but your customer cannot read ??? And the arrangement of the products are so messy, for example lipsticks, same lipstick range the App shows in the same item and you only need to click on the colour that you want but some they separate into individual item. This is so confusing !! Moreover, lipsticks label number is so important where most of the customer looking the number instead of each colour name, many of the item without colour number. Please take a look on Sephora App, they are doing very well.

You will regret, Don’t download
First time used this app to purchase and the app charged my credit card but no order recorded in their system. Very troublesome have to ask Watsons customer service to do refund. Nobody pick up customer service phone line and have to chat use their website/app chatting system. As a Watsons member card customer, I really disappointed and Watsons please don’t encourage your customer to download to purchase if your app is not stable. As a frequent online shopper, this is first time I have this stupid issue. Please refer other shopping app like Lazada, Shopee and etc to improve your app if you still want to retain your customers else bye bye no more purchase from Watsons
