Description
Sistem e-Aduan akan memudahkan orang awam untuk berinteraksi secara atas talian dengan JAS bila-bila masa dan di mana-mana sahaja. Aduan berkaitan isu-isu alam sekitar yang tertakluk di bawah Akta Kualiti Alam Sekeliling 1974 (AKAS 1974) yang dikemukakan melalui sistem e-Aduan akan disalurkan terus kepada JAS Negeri dan pegawai berkenaan untuk tindakan segera. Orang awam juga boleh menyemak hasil siasatan secara atas talian.

Slow response
I reported it for a week but didn’t get any action and reply. The efficiency is very slow.
Early setup
App seems to be easy to navigate through. Just made a report and will be updating through here.
All in all, please provide good and constructive feedbacks so dev can work on what is needed
Gambar tidak boleh upload
Harap pihak berkenaan boleh update app ini. Nak buat report tapi gambar tak boleh upload. Lepas gambar tak boleh upload, app tetap proceed hantar aduan jadi aduannya tiada bukti gambar. Lepas itu nak edit aduan pun tak boleh.
