Improved compare to last time
The app is getting better as compared to previous versions. Still have room for improvement though. Hope to see a even better version soon.
Glitch app
App been glitch and cannot upload the recent arrival time of public transport.
There’s no new version to update and I even redownloaded the app, but the glitch still persist. The glitch doesn’t matter to what public transport I wanted to take either bus, mrt, lrt.
One time the app even suggested me the wrong route of the wrong time.
A journey that suggested took me 14 minutes, change into 1 hour journey because of the wrong route.
Please fix this as soon as possible.
Misleading Map
I was trying to travel from Cyberjaya to Mutiara Damansara, but the app directed me to the wrong platform. Thankfully, I wasn’t in a rush. I had to rely on Moovit, which—despite the ads—accurately pointed me to the right platform for the MRT. As a local app, Pulse should offer more accurate guidance, especially for public transport routes. It’s essential to keep platform information updated since not everyone is familiar with commuting around Klang Valley. Please review and promptly correct any routing issues to improve the experience for all users.
