Not Reliable

UI is better than the previous app, but bus tracking is not always accurate and sometimes there are ‘ghost buses’ which are actually on the road but don’t show up on the app. Bus schedules are also not correct sometimes and I often encounter instances where a bus left earlier than the stated departure time.

myRapid on Demand

I love the new interface and have no problem downloading the new one and removing the old. I see that it’s more simple and user friendly. However, I do still have issues with the on Demand feature, I see that the app may just be in its early development but I hope the options for when on Demand (such as availability, schedule, booking- i don’t know how it works because I’ve never used it because I still dont understand how to even use it. I envy those who use it when I see them) become available at some point this year.

Planning my trip

Used a few transport apps overseas and in msia before and i would say i am pleasantly surprised with the pulse app. I like how i am able to see options for my trips that includes the trains and buses. Adding to that is the clean look of the maps and live bus location. Its an easy recommendation for friends visiting kl.

To the developers team, my wish is to be able to purchase the tickets thru the app. It would definitely change the whole experience of the users.
