After taking a snapshot of my ID and taking a selfie, it just proceeds to a white blank page. Cannot proceed. Even if I tried it dozens of times over the past week. Same outcome. People are getting desperate because they need to complete the tax filing. But this is what we encounter with seemingly no solution. I sent an email for help, no response. I tried calling the hasil care line, always busy. How do you expect people to complete this process? How long are we going to wait before you fix this?
Amazing App & Easy
It’s just that people are unable to find the FAQs and use it properly without giving full permission to this app. Seriously, I don’t even have to walkin to change my details to new details and all was done even without me requesting it based on the data I updated during e-filing. Very proactive and fully functioning app. Great job tech, product and cx teams for making life easy 👍
Good for quick info check but not for e-filing in this mobile version
Quite easy to use, just log in with same desktop password will do. Good to have a glance on all payment and history but definitely not convenient to do e-filing using this mobile version. The filing format has glitch and clash.
