Best bank in Singapore

The OCBC mobile banking app is fantastic! It’s incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to manage my accounts and perform transactions on the go. I love the clean design, and the app is super responsive. It offers a wide range of features, from checking balances to paying bills and transferring money seamlessly. Security is also top-notch, with multiple authentication options that give me peace of mind. The customer support is excellent, with quick responses whenever I need assistance.

Convenient banking

The OCBC app is easy to use with a clean interface and key features like biometric login, fund transfers, and bill payments. It integrates well with services like PayNow. While generally reliable, users have occasionally experienced slow loading times and crashes. Overall, it’s a solid banking app with room for performance improvements.

Poorly designed app

Stability issues in the app has caused my account to be suspended. Customer service not very helpful. Just reading a script to handle customer complaints and enquiries.

For such a day and age they still require their clients to send snail mail which takes days to reach and days for them to process and days for them to respond. The next alternate solution provided by the customer service was to come to Singapore to settle the issue. Most probably the bank is not equipped yet to go fully digital. Was not expecting such things from a Singaporean bank. Please improve the app and your processes.
