App features
Dear ITD team, please add the feature to let us view our payslip and circular. It isn't convenient for us having to use Public Bank desktops to view and print our payslip since it is for our personal use. Why should the bank without their knowledge having to bear for that kind of cost regarding additional printing?
For circular, from time to time, we need to view and study it since the staffs use the benefit given by the bank. For example, if I'm going to the dentist, do you think it is convenient for us to go to the desktop first and look for services that is covered by the bank first?
Perhaps, ITD may be bit a lay-back dept, but some of the dept here is strict and we share our desktop with other staffs, like the WMTB, Case Management and Customer Support. We don't have that luxury of staying at the desktop for few extra 30 minutes just to view the circular since someone need to use the desktop once our shift ends or when we went for break. We can't even bring our phone in since we are among the department that was restricted from doing so.
Apply annual leave
Applying annual leave mandatory to select relief. Maybe the system should allow to skip this part as some of the division staff not required to have relief when they want to take leave.
App is not functioning on my iphone x
This week three times i having issue with this app! Until head office gonna give me warning letter just bcs i can not log in to my pc and this app! My id just got locked and revoked out of sudden! Pleaseeeeeee look into this issue! My current software ios is 16.6.
