PROTON Link 4+

When I just used the first version of this app it’s quite sensitive. But after upgrade the apps until now, sometime the command running duration it’s too slow, or sometime keep showing errors after finished running the command.

Beside it can sent mutual command last time, but now need to wait the bar on the top finish running, only can click on next button, which is same quite slow and not sensitive enough like what I mention in previous paragraph.

Another one is the vibration of clicking the button is gone. It’s quite good, please consider to keep it back.

Lastly, the concept and idea of this app overall is really help and convenient for user, especially the start engine and aircond function.

Hope that this app more and more improve in the future, like add in more command feature into the app, for example open single window etc. Looking forward to it, keep it up!

When buying presenting all sorts of function, after buying the car all sorts of function malfunctioning, updating time different giving me heart attack during middle of the night indicating my car is unlocked and window opened.
Other than that, always update time wrongly and causing unable to remote to open engine during really hot day, sometimes really thinks better to delete this apps and not using it is giving me a better life than telling me they have such function but not well developed and not timely updated, useless man useless proton APPS team. No 24 hour assistance as well, only car tolling, better don’t install this apps, lesser expectation lesser disappointment. I wish to give zero star just that i can’t.

Its been almost 2 years now since I bought a X series Proton, alot of promises and announcement was made that new features will be released in coming months but so far nothing, look at the Proton Link app, its half baked cake, still same GUI, still laggy, nothing new and it’s completely boring and unreliable app. When you going you to fix and improve this app? Once you done milking your customers with new announcements, you just move to the next product and continue milking instead of giving good after service to your existing customers, no matter how many new products you launch, you are failure when it comes to customer service. A disappointed loyal customer of yours.
