Why do you always force user to update the apps?

Why cant i just use the previous apps version?
You should consider that the user might not interested in new update. Unless the previous version have major incident like crash, screen freeze than they will need to install the latest version. But you shouldnot force user to use the previous version if the previous version is worked for them. That not the good practice.

Unless your new version have new feature that user are interested to use. Then let them update. But you shouldnot force user to always update their apps. That's annoying.

terrible service

i’ve been using shopback for sometime. but ever since they switched to the new version, it became a disaster, customer service is terrible, my issues have been pending for a month now without a solution, i cant add additional card, so i have to make manual payment for paylater which was made last month has been yet to be cleared. everytime i followup, i have to repeat all over again my issue from a-z.. they blame it on my bank for not able to link to their app, eventhough i’ve already told them the bank didnot decline it. and i proved them wrong again when i use my friend’s account to add my card with NO issue. but i have yet to receive their respond. 1 word. TERRIBLE!!!

update to the above issue… problem was solved .. took some time.. users would appreciate it more if you would update them the progress rather keeping them in the dark throughout the 2 months while the team is working on solving the issues.. and take initiative to reach out first to assist them to make manual payment.. thank you to the team for reaching to me thru whatsapp which happened after i have emailed them requesting for manual payment for my 3rd installment..
i’ll take 2 stars off for bad customer service at the beginning when the issues occurred & response time..

Everything okay except with ZALORA

So far a year using this app. Everything is okay except everytime using this app when I want to buy at ZALORA it’s always not track my transactions why is that?!?! is frustrating me cause that’s where the most cashback I can get and 2nd place i frequent go shopping. Most of the transaction i need to report it. It’s already 3 times they said it didn’t record after I report it within a year. I just can’t believe because compare to I shopped at FashionValet, Watson and Sephora the least I place I go they can immediately track my click transactions. Please can you fix that it’s frustrated me cause I already did everything the DOs and follow the t&c, make sure the cart empty first after that click back to ShopBack when done. Really please do something like 3 or4% cashback is a lot. I Calculate it and you don’t rejected my transactions I can easily get 10s of ringgit cashback if sum all the order and the amount I paid. And I can see the pattern the least total amount I paid at ZALORA you easily capture and the others that’s more 200++ you can’t track it.
