Terminal Bersepadu Selatan – Bandar Tasik Selatan [TBS-BTS] is Malaysia’s premier 24 hours integrated transport terminal located in Bandar Tasik Selatan at the outskirts of the bustling Kuala Lumpur city centre.
The terminal uses state-of-the-art technology to provide the upmost comfort and convenience for public transport commuters and express bus passengers to southern, eastern, and northern destinations.

1. App is now available for iOS 16 users.
2. Minimum iOS requirements for this version is 11.0 - for iOS below than 11.0, you may browse to our TBS eTicketing to purchase ticket and to view bookings.

3. Credit/Debit Card users can use iPay88 for payment.
TIPS : Upon choosing the payment option, you will be directed to iPay88 page. Click on the FPX dropdown and choose 'Credit/Debit Card'. Then, you could proceed to fill in the credit/debit card details and pay.
4. Boost eWallet also available under iPay88.
5. You may view on how to delete your registered account with us. Click under your Profile and click on 'DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT'

Unable yo proceed payment
I try several times even in website all same error, cannot process your payment request currently. Previously also like this I realised this error, but my account deduct 3 times for the same seat number and bus time. But wasn’t refunded as they state u should wait for email first as no email receive after 1 hour this error keep happening. Bad bad bad 😌
Review
The new feature is quite confusing. I’m struggling to open the drawer menu and also to login. The new feature doesn't allow me to make payment through online banking on the phone and I had to open it on my laptop. It is quite hassle. I prefer old feature rather than the new one. But, good attempt!

Hye waniemokk, we are currently updating the UI to prevent users from being confused. As for the online banking, you can choose kiplepay which includes online banking such as Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and etc. Thank you.
The app not compatible when iCloud Private Relay is turned on
Overall is okay except that the app not able to get pass the splash screen when my iCloud+ Private Relay is turned on. Please fix the app because I don’t want to turn off the iCloud+ feature due to the limitation the app had.
