Convenient and easy to use
Ive been using The Lorry for all my moving and have had good experiences so far. The driver and workers handled my things the best they can but would recommend handling anything fragile by yourself. Overall will continue using The Lorry for future moving needs.
Irresponsible Service Experience
On 9/3/24, I engaged The Lorry to transport a bed and chest of drawer, but faced two issues. They arrived over 30 minutes late, and during the move, they damaged the leg of my chest of drawers, leaving a visible hole. Their solution was to reattach the leg elsewhere, which hardly qualifies as a repair. The staff seemed inexperienced, and when questioned about compensation for the damage, they dismissed the possibility since they had performed a makeshift fix. Their unwillingness to acknowledge responsibility is unprofessional. I advise caution when considering their services, as they appear to neglect the care and proper handling of client property.
Bad service from driver and CS!
I choose this lorry as CASH payment method, so i got 3 indian guy which is unpolite and some of my things broken, and also i have to pay rm450 but in the service sistem only rm247.. the driver said the 2 othertof main power request for more extra paid from the normal amount!! And now after making a complaint to the CS and waiting for the refund also taking too long time to solved the issues!!! And after I complained to their CS, the driver dare to call me and sound me regarding my things broke!! Too much!! No more your service!!
