The app have been Regress
When starting using the app i super love it coz it can let me feel that safely to know where is my car, and i try before midnight have cat jump up to my car Toyota side people call me said that my car like have hit something.
But after update the app, before worst n worst, not receive any notification start engine, car alarm suddenly rang, also have no receive any called from Toyota, make me feel that this app have not guarantee is useful or not, and make me hesitate should i continue this system or not
This apps is not function at all
At the first this apps is okay. You know the location of your car whenever notifications received. But few days after that, when i want to use this apps, i can't log in or change new password because this apps is rubbish. To change a new password they will send otp to your email but i didn't receive any email otp verification at all from toyota vts. Poor apps, please upgrade it.
Apps loading too slow
Sorry toyota this apps is a great idea, but the loading take ages even though i use wifi to open the apps. 1 star for you. Paid item/service but just barely can be use, im not sure if i will continue with this kind of paid service by next year after end of this subscription. Hopefully your team will make some improvement to this apps
