Not Convenient & Unable to Login to the Apps
I have top up my money to XOX E-wallet before new SEPARATE E-Wallet apps. When system say to pay using E-wallet and trying to login. Keep on appear geolocation must be available. I have zero idea what the hell is that even after I turn on “location”. Same message pop up. And what is the point you separated the apps with E-wallet, when the new apps unable to function well. It has been last for 2 months and yet, issue not solves. Send request and feedback and no reply. Say bye to XOX.
Super frustrated with this app
I can’t make payment with wallet since they change from Black XOX to this new app🤨🤨🤨 All I get is error pop up message. I have tried N times still cannot. Their customer service is polite tho however this app is very very very terrible.
Can't sign in on other devices
Please improve on multiple sign on device for this apps. Or at least create a proper system to migrate to other devices!! So annoying with message that prompt up with "unidentified devices register". Sighh
